Mr Jamie Flanagan is an experienced Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon with a focus on knee surgery and related conditions. Practising since 1985, he specialises in arthroscopy, ligament reconstruction, cartilage repair, and treating unexplained knee pain following replacement surgery. His expertise extends to procedures such as anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, osteotomy, and both total and uni-compartmental knee replacement.

In addition to performing advanced knee surgeries, Mr Flanagan also conducts gait pattern analysis and knee injections to support comprehensive patient care. His work is guided by a dedication to achieving optimal outcomes for each individual, whether addressing long-term pain or restoring mobility through innovative techniques.

Simon Radley is an accomplished consultant surgeon specialising in colorectal and general surgery. Graduating with Honours in Surgery from the University of Birmingham in 1985, he completed registrar training in the West Midlands and advanced training at St Mark's Hospital, London. He also gained international experience during an overseas fellowship at prestigious institutions, including the Mayo Clinic in America.

In 2002, Simon became a Consultant Surgeon at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, after serving as a Senior Lecturer in Surgery. He was instrumental in introducing laparoscopic colorectal surgery to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital and BMI The Priory Hospital, improving patient outcomes.

A Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of England, Simon has led initiatives such as Clinical Service Lead for Gastrointestinal Surgery and Colorectal Cancer Lead. His work often intersects with transplant surgery, reflecting his dedication to innovation and excellence in care.

Dr Ayman Zaghloul is an experienced Consultant Adult Psychiatrist at Leamington Psychiatry Clinic in Leamington Spa. Mr Girish Vajramani, MCh (Neuro), DNB (Neuro), FRCS, FRCS (NeuroSurg Glasgow) has been a Consultant Neurosurgeon since 2010, a leading expert in spinal disorders and neurovascular conditions. He has performed numerous spinal surgeries, including transplant surgery for spinal reconstruction. Renowned for treating trigeminal neuralgia, hemifacial spasm, and glossopharyngeal neuralgia, he introduced balloon compression treatment for trigeminal neuralgia at Southampton and employs microvascular decompression and PENS therapy for complex facial pain.

At the Wessex Neurological Centre, he has established a functional neurosurgery practice, leading epilepsy surgery, spinal cord stimulation, and deep brain stimulation programmes. He also oversees chronic pain management and intrathecal baclofen therapy.

Trained at NIMHANS in Bangalore, he advanced his expertise in Cardiff and Southampton before completing a functional neurosurgery fellowship at the Walton Centre in Liverpool.

After earning his FRCS (Tr & Orth) qualification, he completed a spinal fellowship at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital, Stanmore, gaining expertise in complex spinal procedures.

Currently at Southend University Hospital, Mr Dannawi is instrumental in the development of the spinal unit. His practice covers lumbar, cervical, and thoracic conditions, including back pain, sciatica, deformities, and degenerative disorders. His skills include minimally invasive surgery, spinal fusions, disc replacement, and transplant surgery for spinal reconstruction.

An active academic, he has published in peer-reviewed journals, presented at international conferences, and authored a spinal chapter in an orthopaedic textbook. He also mentors students and junior doctors.

Dr Titus Thomas, a highly skilled gastroenterologist, completed his specialist training in Gastroenterology in 2007. He went on to undertake a fellowship in Endoscopy at QMC, Nottingham, followed by advanced training in therapeutic endoscopy and GI oncology at St Michael's Hospital in Toronto. Since 2009, he has been practising as a full-time gastroenterologist at Northampton General Hospital.

In 2013, Dr Thomas established the Endoscopic Ultrasound service at Northampton, revolutionising care for patients with oesophageal cancer by streamlining their treatment journey. He is also one of only two specialists providing colonic EMR procedures for the removal of large, flat polyps greater than 2cm in the bowel. As the clinical lead for Gastroenterology and Endoscopy at Northampton General Hospital, he plays a pivotal role in advancing care, including involvement in transplant surgery where relevant.
